Michele Carey, known by her birth name Michele Lee Henson, born in Annapolis, Maryland, United States of America, is the daughter of Stanley Willard Henson, Jr, physician, a Thelma Brennell Henson. As a teenager, she became an expert pianist and won a competition at the Chicago Music Festival. When she moved to Fort Collins, Colorado she lived with her parents. She completed the schooling at Fort Collins High School and was graduated in 1960. Then she moved in Los Angeles in order to pursue better career opportunities.
